Both the public and the Realtor community will have the opportunity to judge each Parade entry they visit. Categories being judged are: Best Overall Product Design; Best Overall Elevation; Best Overall Kitchen; Best Overall Master Suite; and Best Overall Entry, Best Overall Exterior, in a variety of price ranges.

Ballots to assess the basic elements of the entry will be available at each home. Once they are completed, participants will drop them in the specially designated box at that model.

At the end of the Parade, ballots will be collected and tabulated. Winners will be notified by mail, and winners will be announced on this website, along with www.ghba.org.

Prizes for the Consumers casting Ballots are as follows:

$3,000 American Express Gift Card* – Total of one card

$1,000 American Express Gift Card* – Total of four individual cards

$100 Gas Cards* – a total of 30 individual cards
